How much does commercial cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on your facility’s size, the type of space (office, school, gym, medical, industrial), how often you need service, and any specialty needs like terrazzo restoration or biohazard-compliant disposal. We don’t quote blind — every estimate starts with a free walkthrough so the price actually fits your building, not a generic per-square-foot guess.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. UC Cleaning LLC is fully licensed and insured, and operates as a Coverall franchise with over 20 years of combined cleaning experience. We can provide proof of insurance for your records or property management requirements upon request.
What happens during the free walkthrough?
After you schedule online, a member of our team visits your facility (or does a virtual walkthrough, if preferred) to see the actual space — square footage, high-traffic areas, special surfaces, and your current pain points. We use that visit to build a cleaning plan and quote that’s specific to your building, not a one-size-fits-all package.
How often will my facility be cleaned?
As often as your facility needs — daily, a few times a week, weekly, or custom. Offices and medical facilities often need daily attention; some warehouses or specialty services like terrazzo restoration are scheduled periodically. We build the frequency around your traffic and budget during the walkthrough.
Do you clean outside normal business hours?
Yes. We regularly schedule around early mornings, evenings, weekends, and shift changes so cleaning never disrupts your operations, patient care, or class hours. We’re flexible because your schedule comes first.
What cleaning products and equipment do you use?
We use professional-grade, eco-friendly products and equipment matched to the facility type — hospital-grade disinfectants for medical spaces, biohazard-compliant disposal where required, and specialty equipment like diamond grinders and polishers for terrazzo restoration. Products and methods are tailored to your industry’s standards.
